Spring Break
Our Spring Break has official started today!! On Monday and Tuesday, I took Connor to school so I could get a few things done around the house. He always has fun at school with his friends. On Wednesday, it was a fun-filled day going from one doctor to the next. Connor had his 3 year dentist appt and doctors appt. I will say he was exceptional!! Last year our dentist appt was a complete nightmare, he screamed, kicked...... you get the picture. This year everything she asked him to do he did with a smile on his face and he even got to wear cool sunshades. He has 20 healthy teeth. Then off to see Dr. G or Dr. Guetersloth as Connor called him. I know I have probably said it before, but Connor LOVES Dr. G. Yearly check-ups are so different then sick appts. He actually sat down and had a conversation with Connor to see how his speech was developing. The things my kid says at times. He had Dr. G and myself rolling. Dr. G said that he was very impressed with his speech and vocabulary, I am assuming he got his knack for gabbing from me. He weighs 34 lbs and is 3 ft 2 in. WOW!!! We have been playing with friends this week, shopping and hanging out at the park. Even Daddy got to take a few days off. I can not believe I only have 2 more weeks of school until little Ms. Carlee arrives. Better start taking more naps with Connor.

Free Years Old
What a special day Connor had!! Connor woke up to a delicious breakfast (and by delicious I mean ... I went out and bought it.) They had a party for him at school and made pudding. Ms. Emily and Ms. Daphne gave Connor a birthday hat to wear and all the kids got to "crown" him with stickers. We took cookies for them to enjoy at snacktime and from the look of his clothes they did. Of course we went to dinner at GattiTown, would we have gone anywhere else!?! I can not believe my baby turned "Free" on March 10th!!! .jpg)

Happy Birthday Baby Boy!!
Let's just say that I don't think a 3 year old birthday party would be complete without a few tears and giggles. We had Connor's birthday party at Pump It Up this year and I think it was another successful! Connor had a blast playing with all his friends and of course there were a few bumps and bruises. I think the big kids (Daddy and friends) had just as much fun as the little ones. Connor was so exhausted that we thought he would crash immediately when we got home. No luck! He had to open all his presents and of course start playing with them right away. He LOVED everything!!
I am 'free' today!!

Oh WOW!!!
So we have 6 weeks until Carlee gets here (unless she decides to come early). My neighborhood girlfriends threw me a baby shower on Saturday and all I can say is WOW!! We are more than prepared for Carlee's big arrival. She received so many special presents and her very own "Foxwood Princess" onesie. Thank you for everyone for coming and showering us with love!!! I will update with more pics when I get them all.

So...there may be hope yet
On Saturday, Eric and I took Connor to a big brother class at the hospital. They taught him how to hold the baby (aka ~ teddy bear) and how to hold the baby. Connor got to tour the hospital to see the labor and delivery room and the nursery. Whenever they needed a "model" to show the other kids how to do something, he was the first to volunteer. I will say he didn't wrestle, throw, hit... the baby one time. :) That afternoon we went to a birthday party at My Gym for two girls in his class. I really believe that Connor can have fun anywhere. I love, LOVE his personality (and even the hyperactivity).

Update.... Connor passed all parts of his hearing test last week and we have even cut back his breathing treatments to once a day!!! I guess the doctors do know what they are talking about. YEA

Happy Valentine's Day
Can I just say I love this age! Even though Connor is wild and crazy, he already has the biggest heart. About 2 weeks ago, we were at Target-Time and Connor picked our his Valentine's Day cards for his friends (Cars of course). Ever since then he has been so ready for V-Day. Last week they made crafts at school and he was so excited to tell us all about it. As we were filling out the cards he made sure to say "Don't forget Grant." "Don't forget Rachel."...... and this went on and on. Eric and I both got to go to Connor's Valentine's Day party at school and fun was had by all. They each have their own assigned spots that they sit in. Each kid got to pass out their goodies. Everytime someone brought one to Connor he would say Thank You, (fill in name). Eric and I were both impressed. On Saturday morning as Connor was opening his gifts he ran up to both of us and told us "Thank you for my Valentine's Day gifts. I love you!" with a big kiss to finish it off. WOW!!! We all made dinner together and heart shaped cupcakes. This has got to be the best yet!!!
WE LOVE YOU CONNOR!!! Happy Valentine's Day!.jpg)
