With this crazy weather we have had we were a little worried that Connor's Valentine's Day party would be postponed. But the sun came out, roads dried up and I think the kids had a lot of fun!!

As soon as he got home he opened all his Valentines from his friends. He thought it was so cool!!

Enough already!!!!

This past week has been C-R-A-Z-Y!! We have loved the snow but the ice and not being able to drive we could have done without. We have tried to make the most out of it. Lots of arts and crafts, baking, roasting smores, fixing things around the house, etc. Finally we got to break out and go sledding! We didn't get to go with Plan A, but we ended up having a blast. Connor had a permanent smile from ear to ear and Carlee tried it twice and then she was "OLD, brrr!" (Which she repeated over and over!) I really hope for more snowy days minus the ice!!!

Run it's a Dinosaur!!!!

I took C&C to see the dinosaurs at the Heard Museum and The Shoffners got to come with us! Macy and Carlee were a little unsure about the talking, moving dinosaurs but the boys LOVED them. Some of the exhibits were closed because of the weather, but we will for sure be going back when it warms up!!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve we baked cookies, made a fire and watched the Santa tracker. We knew Santa was getting near and had to put out the reindeer food! Last year C&C got a Christmas KidBop CD. I think we have worn that CD out... everyday we would play it over and over again and LOUD. I love that they both love to dance and sing!!
