Batter Up

Connor had his first blastball (t-ball) game on Saturday and he LOVED it. He did really good for his first game. Now we just have to figure out if he is going to be left or right handed? He writes right handed, throws left handed, golfs left handed, but batting he was a little confused. He did it both ways and did fine. He will figure it out or be a switch hitter!

Disney On Ice

.....was a blast!! Carlee was mesmerized by the show. She got a little antsy before intermission but I let her walk in between Uncle Clint and I and she had a ball. Connor loved it also.

Pink the Rink

This is my first year to serve on the Relay for Life committee! So far so good, I hope I am not messing up too bad. :) Last weekend we attended Pink the Rink. The kids had a blast and the event raised $12000. If you want to donate money to a great cause visit my RFL page.

It's official......

Connor is 4!!!!! His birthday was not what anyone would hope for. :( Connor got the stomach bug on Tuesday and then Eric and I got it. We felt so sorry for him. Tuesday night Eric came home with Connor's birthday present and to be honest Connor wanted nothing to do with it. (But he loves his trampoline now!!) We put Connor's birthday on hold until Thursday night hoping that it would be a little better and it was but not the best. Needless to say we were all ready for Connor's special day on Saturday. He had a BLAST on Saturday at Pump It Up! That kid could play there for hours and never get bored. He got to play with all his friends and then have the BEST birthday cake that MeMe made. (Thanks MeMe!) After PIU, we went to GattiTown to continue the celebration. We were all ready to hit the hay after our long and fun-filled day. (There are a ton of pics.)

Monster Truck Show

Eric and Connor went to the Monster Truck Show on Saturday. We have really been talking about it and even taped a clip from the news so Connor could watch it. When we first told him that he would be going he was a little confused. I asked him one morning if he was ready to go with Daddy. He asked me if Fred was going to be there. I was the confused one then... Who's Fred? He thought he was going to see Scooby Doo because they fight monsters. Sweet boy!!!

When they got home on Saturday night, I am not too sure who was more fun Connor or Daddy?! But one thing for sure they both had a great time! Even though Eric didn't buy Connor cotton candy. ;)
